PRIOR TO REGISTRATION
Please read the "Student
Info" page for registration instructions. This will
be helpful when you need to register and attend a class.
IMPORTANT: Please
be sure to read the class requirements prior to registration by
clicking on "class description". Your will be required
to bring certain equipment, firearm and ammunition. If you do not
have this at the time of class, you may be terminated without refund.
RANGE/TIME: Please
provide your e-mail when registering for the classes so we can forward
directions to the range, as we use several locations. You will be
notified via e-mail of the location prior to the class.
ONLINE REGISTRATION:
Click on the registration button next to the class you wish to attend
and you will be able to process your registration via the internet
and pay with credit/debit card. Balance due the day of the class
before the commencement. Either exact cash amount or check/money
order payable to Ken Forbus.Print out LIABILITY
WAIVER and bring this with you the day of the class. >DOWNLOAD

MAIL: Click to
the left to print out "Registration
Form" and make your check or money order payable to
KEN FORBUS only. DO NOT WRITE FIREARMZ. Your check will be returned
and your registration will not be accepted.
